Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our first product the “BMI Analyzer”. If you find that your product is not working properly within one year of opening it, we will replace it with a new product.
However please note that our warranty only applies if the product has been used according to our instructions and is not damaged due to misuse or exposure to water.
If our technician determines that the product has been misused, the warranty will not apply!
To make a warranty claim, please contact us and provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in getting a replacement product. Please note that this warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from our website. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing before asking for a refund. We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
